To make the tastiest and perfect Caramel Pudding, take six bread slices and cut the brown edges. Next step – break the slices of bread into pieces, add bread pieces into a grinding jar, and make a fine powder.
Next step – place a pan on flame, add 4 tbsp of sugar, and caramelize it on low flame. After the sugar turns dark, turn off the flame.
Next step – transfer the hot caramel into a cake tin and spread well by rotating the cake tin. Next step – place a kadhai on flame, add 1.5 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of sugar, and boil on medium flame.
Next step – take a bowl, add 4 tbsp of custard powder, 1/2 cup of milk, and whisk well. After the milk boils, turn the flame to low, add the custard mixture, and mix well.
Next step – add prepared bread crumbs into bates and mix well. After the mix turns thick, turn off the flame, and transfer it to the caramel cake tin.
Next step – wrap the cake tin with foil paper. Next step – place a kadhai on flame, add water and boil well.
After the water starts boiling, add a stand into Kadhai and place the cane tin on the stand. Next step – close the lid, and stem for 30-35 minutes on medium flame(must check after 25 minutes once).
After 35 Minutes, turn off the flame, take out the bread pudding on a platform, and let it cool. After the pudding has cooled, keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Next step – take out the pudding from the fridge and de-mold it. Now your perfect Caramel pudding is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
