– Gram flour – 1 Bowl – Clarified Butter – 1/2 Bowl – Semolina – 2 tbsp – Cardamom – 1/2 tsp – Crushed Jaggery – 1/2 cup – Pistachio (Dry Fruits For Garnishing )

Ingredients
1: To make the perfect Besan Gud Barfi, place a Kadhai on a low flame, add 1 cup of gram flour, and roast for 5 minutes (stir continuously).
2: After 5 minutes, add 1/2 bowl of ghee and roast well until the besan turns a little dark.
3: After the besan turns a little dark, add two tablespoons of semolina and roast a little more.
4: Take a plate and grease it with ghee. 5: After the besan turns shiny, turn off the flame, add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, and mix well.
6: Transfer the Kadhai to a platform and stir continuously for 1 minute. 7: After a minute, add 1/2 cup of crushed jaggery and mix well.
8: Transfer the Barfi mixture to the greased plate and spread well. 9: Garnish the barfi with chopped pistachios or other dry fruits.
10: Add cut marks to the barfi and let it rest for 1/2 hour. 11: After 1/2 hour, check the barfi and garnish it with a silver leaf (optional).
