Atta Biscuits  Recipe

– Wheat flour – 2 cup – Semolina – 1/2 cup – Desiccated coconut – 1/4 cup – Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp – Sugar – 1 cup – Water – 1/2 cup – Oil – 6 tbsp – Oil for frying

Ingredients

Step 1

To make the perfect Atta Biscuits, take a wide plate, add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of semolina, and mix well.

Next step – add 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well. Next step – take a bowl, add 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, and mix a little.

Next step – in the flour, add 6 tbsp of oil(as required in batches) and mix well. Next step – add prepared sugar water (with sugar) and prepare a medium soft dough.

Next step – prepare a roll with the dough and cut it into two small pieces. Next step – take one piece of dough and roll it to medium thickness.

Next step – cut the dough into squire pieces with the help of a knife. Next step – cut the squire pieces into four squire pieces.

Next step – add prepared Biscuit pieces into the oil and fry well on low flame. After 3-4 minutes, flip the all biscuits and fry well on low flame.

After the biscuits turn golden, transfer the biscuits to a plate and fry the next batch. 15 – Now your perfect Atta Biscuits is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
