Aate Ki Barfi Recipe

– Wheat flour – 1.5 cup – Gram flour – 1/4 cup – Clarified Butter – 1/2 cup – Sugar Powder – 1/2 cup – Sugar Powder – 2 tbsp – Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp – Pistachio

Ingredients

Step 1

To make the perfect Atta Barfi, place a Kadhai on flame, add 1.5 cups of wheat flour and roast well on low flame.

After 2 minutes, add 1/4 cup of gram flour, mix well, and roast.

After 3-4 minutes, add 1/2 cup of ghee in batches and roast well. After the mix leaves the pan, add 1/2 cup of sugar powder and mix well.

After mixing well, again add 2 tbsp of sugar powder, and mix well. After the mix leaves the pan, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 5

Next step – turn off the flame and transfer the Barfi mix into a greased tray. Next step – spread the barfi, garnish with chopped pistachio & almonds and let it set a little.

After the barfi is semi-set, cut the barfi into pieces. Now your perfect Atta Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
