Next step – peel the all mangoes, cut them into small pieces, and remove the seeds. Next step – add mango pieces into a grinding jar and make a fine paste.
Next step – take a pan, add prepared mango pulp, 3/4 cup of sugar, and mix well. Next step – place the pan on flame, and cook on low medium flame until transparent(stir continuously).
Next step – take steel plates and grease them with ghee. After the mango pulp turns a little thick, add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 pinch of black salt and mix well.
After the mix turns thick and shiny, turn off the flame, transfer the mix to greased plate, and spread well. Next step – soak the Aam Papad for two days.
After two days, check the Aam Papad take it out from the plate, and cut it into pieces. Now your perfect Aam Papad is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
