Ingredients
1: To make the perfect Aloo Lachha Namkeen, take 1 kg of solid potato, wash and peel it, and keep the potatoes in water.
2: Now cut the potatoes into slices with the help of a chip slicer. 3: Now take 5–6 potato slices and cut them into thin slices with the help of slices like the following image.
4: Second Option: You can try using the big-sized grater to grate the potato. 5: Now wash the Aloo Lachha multiple times with water until the water turns translucent.
6: Now transfer the Aloo Lachha into a bowl, add water, and leave it for 2 minutes. 7: After 2 minutes, drain the water, transfer the Aloo Lachha onto a towel or cloth, and gently rub it to remove the water.
8: Now place a kadhai on the flame, add oil for frying, and heat well. 9: After the oil is hot, add the Aloo Lachha to the oil and fry on medium heat.

12: After the peanuts turn golden, transfer them to a plate. 13: Now, one by one, fry the cashew and curry leaves.
14: To make the Aloo Lachha Chiwda Namkeen, add rock salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, and sugar, and mix everything well. 15: Now add 1/2 portion of roasted Aloo Lachha, roasted peanuts, roasted cashews, and curry leaves, and mix everything well.
16: Now your perfect Aloo Lachha Chiwda Namkeen is completely ready. 17: To make the perfect Masala Aloo Lachha Namkeen, take a bowl, add Kashmiri red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and mix well.
