Ingredients
1: To make the amazing Malai Roll Cut Kulfi, take a kadhai, add 2-3 tbsp of water, and one liter of full-fat milk (separate the 1/2 cup of milk we will use later).
2: Now place the kadhai on the flame and boil the milk. 3: After the milk starts boiling, turn the flame to low and boil the milk for 6-7 minutes.
4: Place another pan on the flame, add 1 cup of sugar, and caramelize it on a low to medium flame.
5: After the sugar caramelizes, turn off the flame and keep it aside. 6: Add the caramelized sugar and mix well after the milk quantity reduces to half of its original quantity and cook.
7: Now take a separate 1/2 bowl of milk, add 4 tbsp of milk powder, two tbsp of corn flour, and 1 tbsp of milk cream, and mix everything well. 8: Now add the prepared mix to the boiling milk and mix well.
9: After the milk turns thick, turn off the flame and let the kulfi mix cool down. 10: Add the cooled kulfi mix into a grinding jar and churn two to three times.
11: Now add a little cardamom powder and mix well. 12: Now fill the kulfi mixture into the glasses and cover the glass with the help of foil paper.
13: Now freeze the kulfi for 7-8 hours or overnight to ensure the kulfi sets perfectly. 14: After 7-8 hours, check the kulfi and demold the kulfi by running a knife around the edges and dipping the glass in water for easy removal.
15: Now decorate the kulfi with finely chopped almonds and pistachios, adding visual appeal and texture. 16: Now your perfect Malai Roll Cut Kulfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
