To make the perfect mushroom masala, take 500 grams of mushroom and rub it with all-purpose flour. After rubbing well, wash the mushroom well and cut the bottom part of the mushroom into small pieces.

Add 1 cup of water, mix well, close the lid, and cook until two whistles. After two whistles, remove the lid and mash everything well.
Now add the marinated mushrooms, mix well, and cook. After cooking, add one tablespoon of butter and Kasoori methi and mix well.
