– Basmati Rice – 2-3 tbsp – Ghee – 1-2 drops – Milk – 1-5 liter – Saffron strands – Ghee – 1/4 tsp – Charoli – 2 tbsp – Soaked & peeled Almonds – 15 – Sugar – 5 tbsp – Chopped pistachio – 2 tbsp – Chopped almonds – 2 tbsp – Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp – Grated Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp

Ingredients
To make the perfect Doodh Pak, take 2 tbsp of Basmati Rice and wash it 2-3 times. Next step – soak the rice for 15-20 minutes.
Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 1-2 drops of ghee, and grease the Kadhai. Next step – add 1.5 liters of milk, boil on high flame and stir continuously.
After a boil, take out 1/2 cup of boiled milk in a bowl and keep it aside. Next step – add a pinch of saffron strands into boiling milk and boil for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Next step – check the soaked rice, drain the water and wipe the rice with the help of tissue paper.
Next step – take a bowl, add soaked rice, 1/4 tsp of ghee, and mix well. After 2 minutes, add the Ghee-rice mixture, and mix well.
Next step – add 2 tbsp of Charoli, stir and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes. Next step – take a grinding jar, add 15 soaked & peeled Almonds, 1/2 cup of boiled milk, and 2 tbsp of milk powder.
Next step – grind everything well, make a fine paste and keep it aside. After 7-8 minutes, check the rice; If the rice is cooked perfectly, add 5 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
Next step – add almonds paste and mix well. Next step – add 2 tbsp of chopped almonds, 2 tbsp of chopped pistachio, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg, and cook for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, and you can serve it. Now, your Perfect Doodh Pak is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
