To make the perfect Veg Paneer Cutlet, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil and heat well.
After the oil turns hot, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and let it crackle. Next step – add one chopped onion, and roast well.
After some time, add one chopped carrot, chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and roast. Next step – add 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, salt per taste, 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and red chilli powder and mix well.
Next step – add 150 grams of grated cheese, chopped coriander and mix well; After mixing well turn off the flame and keep the stuffing aside. Next step – take five bread slices, break them into small pieces, add them into a grinding jar, and make a fine powder.
Next step – take six boiled & cooled potatoes into a bowl and mash well. Next step – add 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, salt per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, and 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
Next step – add prepared bread crumbs, mix well, and prepare a dough. Next step – take a small portion of dough and make it like a bowl.
Next step – fill the prepared stuffing, close it from all sides, and make it like a ball. Next step – prepare the cutlet with the remaining dough.
Next step – take a bowl, add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp of corn starch, salt per taste, and pepper powder. Next step – little by little, add water and prepare a thin slurry.
Next step – one by one, dip cutlets into the prepared slurry and coat them with bread crumbs. Next step – keep all cutlets in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Next step – place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well. After the oil turns hot, add the prepared cutlet and fry well until golden & crispy.
After the Cutlet turns golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch. Now your perfect Veg Paneer Cutlet is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
