Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

– Basmati rice – 2 cup/400 gram – Cabbage – 5 tbsp – Carrot – 1 – Chopped Onion – 1 – Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp  – Yellow Capsicum – 2 tbsp – Red Capsicum – 2 tbsp – Chopped French bean – Salt – 1 tsp – Oil – 2 to 4 Drop – Oil -2 tbsp – Chopped Garlic – 1 tbsp – Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp – Chopped Green Chili – 3 to 4 – Butter – 1 tbsp – Soya Sauce – 1 tsp – White Vinegar – 1/2 tsp – Chilli paste – 1 tsp – Salt – 1 tsp – Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp – Aromat powder – 1 tsp (optional) – Chopped Spring Onion

Step 1

To make the perfect Veg Fried Rice, take 2 cups of Basmati Recipe and wash it 2-3 times. Next step – soak the washed rice for 20-25 minutes.

After 20-25 minutes, drain the water from the rice. Next step – place a pan on flame, add water, and boil.

After the water starts boiling, add 1 tsp of salt, soaked rice, 2-4 drops of oil, and stir one time. Next step – cook the rice on medium flame until they cooked 80 percent.

After the rice is cooked to 80 percent, turn off the flame and drain the extra water. After 1-2 minutes, flip the cooked rice with a spoon and let it cool.

Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil, spread the oil on all sides, and heat well on high flame. After the oil is hot, add 1 tbsp of chopped garlic, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, and 3-4 chopped green chilli, and saute well.

Next step – add one chopped carrot, one chopped onion, and chopped french beans, cook on high flame and stir continuously. After some time, add 5 tbsp of cabbage, 2 tbsp of green capsicum, 2 tbsp of red capsicum, and 2 tbsp of yellow capsicum, and cook for 30-40 seconds on medium flame.

Next step – add 1 tbsp of butter and mix well. Next step – add 1 tsp of soya sauce. 1/2 tsp of white vinegar, and mix everything well.

Next step – add 1 tsp of chilli paste, salt per taste, 1 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of aromat powder, and mix well. After mixing, add cooked rice, and chopped spring onion greens and toss well.

Next step – turn off the flame and serve it. Now your Restaurant Style Veg Fried Rice is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
