Summer Ladoo Recipe

– Lotus Seeds/Makhana – 25 gm – Musk Melon Seeds – 1/2 cup – Almonds – 1/4 cup – Cashew nut – 1/4 cup – Dates – 1/2 cup – Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp – Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp – Desiccated Coconut – 2 cup – Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp – Mishri – 1 cup – Water – 3/4 cup – Pistachio – 1 tbsp

Ingredients

Step 1

To make the perfect Healthy Summer Laddu, take 25 grams of Fox Nuts, 1/2 cup of muskmelon seeds, 1/4 cup of almonds, and 1/4 cup of cashew.

Next step – add all ingredients into a grinding jar, and make a coarse powder. Next step – add 1/2 cup of seedless wet dates(Chuara) into the grinding jar, and make a coarse paste.

Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and heat well. After the ghee melts, add prepared powder and roast well on a low medium flame for 2 minutes.

After 2 minutes, add 1/4 tsp of pepper powder and mix well. Next step – add 2 cups of desiccated coconut and cook for 2 minutes.

After the mixture, turns aromatic, add dates mixture and mix well. Next step – add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well, and cook for 30 seconds.

After 30 seconds, turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a plate. Again place the pan on the flame, add 1 cup of Mishri, and 3/4 cup of water, and melt the Mishri.

After the Mishri turns sticky, turn off the flame. Next step – little by little, add prepared Mishri syrup into the prepared mixture and mix well.

Next step – add 1 tbsp of pistachio and mix well. Next step – one by one, prepare small laddu with the mixture.
