Suji Ka Cake Recipe

– Semolina – 1 Cup – Sugar – 1/2 Cup (6 to 7 tbsp) – Oil – 1/4 Cup (4 tbsp) – Curd – 1/2 Cup – Milk – 1/2 Cup – Cardamom Powder – Oil – Fruit Salt – 1 tsp

To make the perfect Suji Ka Cake, take a grinding jar and add 1 cup of semolina, 1/2 cup of sugar, and a fine powder. 

Next step: add oil, fresh curd, milk, little cardamom powder, and blend well. Next step: transfer the batter into a bowl and let it rest for 5-7 minutes. 

Next step: place a cooker on flame and place a stand into it. Next step: remove the cooker lid, whistle & gas kit, close the lid on the cooker, and preheat for 5-7 minutes. 

Next step: take a cake tin, grease it with ghee, and place a butter paper into the cake tin. Next step: check the batter, add milk if required, and mix well. 

Next step: add Eno fruit, salt little milk, and gently mix well. Next step: transfer the batter into the cake tin and garnish it with chopped dry fruits. 

Next step: place the cake tin into the cooker, close the lid, and bake the cake for 30-35 minutes on low flame. 

After 35 minutes, check the cake with the help of a toothpick and transfer the cake tin onto a platform. 

After some sometime, de-mold the cake and remove the butter paper. Now, your perfect Sooji Ka Cake is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
