Lemon Rice Recipe

– Oil – 2 tbsp – Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp – Mustard Seed – 2 tsp – Bengal gram – 2 tsp – Urad dal – 2 tsp – Asafoetida – 2 pinch – Peanut – 1/4 cup – Cashew nut – 10 to 12 – Dried Red Chili – 4 to 5 – Curry Leaves – 2 tbsp – Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp – Hot Water – 1/4 cup – lemon juice – 2 tbsp – Salt as per Taste  – Boiled Rice – 2 cup – Curry Leaves

Ingredients

Step 1

To make the tastiest and perfect South Lemon Rice, place a kadhai on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat well.

After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 2 tsp of mustard seeds, 2 tsp of Bengal gram, 2 tsp of Urad dal, two pinch asafoetida, and mix well.

Next step – add 1/4 cup of peanuts, add 10-12 cashew fry everything well. Next step – add 4-5 dry red chilli, 2 tbsp of curry leaves, 3-4 split green chilli and mix everything well.

After roasting well, add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of chopped garlic, and mix well. Next step – add 3 tbsp of hot water and mix well on high flame.

Next step – add 2 tbsp of lemon juice, salt per taste and mix well. Next step – add 2 cups of cooked rice and gently mix well.

Next step – add fresh curry leaves, chopped coriander and toss well for a minute.

After a minute, turn off the flame and serve the Lemon Rice. 1 Now your perfect Lemon Rice is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
