Step 1

To make the perfect Sabudana Kheer, take 1/2 cup of Sabudana (sago), wash well, and soak it for 1 hour.

Next step: place a pan on flame, add one tablespoon of ghee, and heat well. After the ghee melts, add chopped cashews, pistachios, and almonds and roast well.

After roasting a little, transfer the roasted dry fruits to a plate. Next step: add two tablespoons of raisins to the pan and roast a little.

After 30 seconds, transfer the roasted raisins to the plate. Next step: add 1 liter of full-fat milk to the pan and boil on medium heat.

Next step: check the Sabudana, add hot water, and let it rest for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, drain the excess water from the Sabudana.
