Roll Cut Mango Kulfi Recipe

– Mango – 1 – Milk – 1/2 ltr – Sugar -1/2 cup – Bread – 3 – Cashew nut – 10 – Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp – Saffron Strand – Milk Cream – 5 tbsp

To make the amazing Roll Cut Mango Kulfi, take a big mango(400 grams).

Next step – peel the mango, and cut it into small pieces. Next step – add mango pieces into a grinding jar and make a fine puree.

Next step – place a pan on flame, add 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of sugar, and boil well on medium flame. Next step – take a grinding jar, add three bread slices(break them into small pieces), 8-10 cashew, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, and make a fine powder.

After the milk starts boiling, add saffron strands and boil the milk until thick. After the milk turn thick, add prepared bread powder and mix well.

After the mix turns thick, turn off the flame and let the mixture cool down. Next step – into the grinding jar, add mango paste, prepared ice cream mixture, 5 tbsp of milk cream, and blend well.

Next step – fill the kulfi into a small glass, and garnish the kulfi glass with chopped mango pieces. Next step – cover all glass with foil paper or a plastic sheet and keep in the freezer for 7-8 hours.

After 7-8 hours, demold the kulfi and garnish it with chopped pistachio. Now your perfect Roll Cut Mango Kulfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
