Rava Laddu Recipe

– Semolina – 1 cup – Grated Coconut – 1/4 cup – Milk – 1.5 cup – Sugar – 3/4 cup – Clarified Butter – 2 tbsp – Cashew nut – 2 tbsp – Almonds – 2 tbsp – Golden Raisin – Pistachio – Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp

Step 1

To make the perfect soft rava laddu, take a bowl and add 1 cup of rava (semolina) and 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut.

Next step: add 1.5 cups of milk and mix everything well.

Next step: take a grinding jar, add 3/4 cup of sugar, and make a fine powder.

Next step: place a pan on flame, add two tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.

Next step: add two tablespoons of chopped cashew, two tablespoons of chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, and raisins, and roast a little.

After 1–1.5 minutes, transfer all the dry fruits to a plate. Next step: add the prepared Rava mixture to the pan and roast well on low flame.

After the Rava absorbs the milk, turn off the flame and transfer the rava mixture into a bowl.

Next step: add all dry fruits and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well. After the Laddu mix temperature goes down, add the sugar powder and mix well.
