GREEN CHUTNEY Ingredients
1: To make the perfect Ragda Pani Puri, take 1.5 cups of white peas, wash them well, and soak them for 7-8 hours.
2: After 7-8 hours, check the white peas and drain the excess water. 3: Now place a cooker on flame, add soaked peas, potatoes, water, taste, turmeric powder, Bay leaf, and mix well.
4: Now close the lid and cook until 4 whistles. 5: After 4 whistles, remove the lid, gently mash a little, and remove the bay leaf.
1: To make the green chutney, take a grinding jar, add a handful of coriander, mint leaves, 3-4 green chilies, 1 inch of ginger, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of black salt, and 2 pinches of asafoetida.
2: Now add lemon juice and one ice cube, and make a fine paste. 3: Transfer the green chutney into a bowl, and your perfect green chutney is completely ready.
1: To make the perfect red chutney, take a grinding jar and add 4-5 tbsp of red chili powder, 10–12 garlic cloves, a small piece of ginger, a pinch of black salt, and salt as per taste.
2: Now add a little water and make a fine paste. 3: Transfer the chutney into a bowl, and your red chutney is completely ready.
1: To make the perfect tamarind chutney, take a wide pan and add 3 tbsp of seedless tamarind, 4 tbsp of jaggery, and 3/4 cup of water.
2: Now place the pan on the flame and cook until the chutney turns thick. 3: After the chutney turns thick, turn off the flame and filter it with the help of a strainer.
4: Now add black salt, salt as per taste, red chili powder, cumin powder, and garam masala, and mix everything well. 5: Now your perfect tamarind chutney is also ready.
1: Take some Puri and make holes in them like in the following image. 2: Now fill the prepared Ragda into the all-parties, sprinkle chaat masala, and add green chutney, red chutney, and tamarind chutney.
3: Now add chopped onion, chopped tomato, red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt nylon sev, chopped coriander, chana daal, and lemon juice. 4: Now your perfect Ragda Pani Puri Chaat is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
1: To make the perfect Ragda Chaat, place a kadhai on flame, add 1 tablespoon of oil, and heat well.
2: After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, ginger, asafoetida, and turmeric powder, and mix well. 3. Now add the prepared Ragda and mix well.
4: Now add 2 tsp of coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and garam masala, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes. 5: After two minutes, turn off the flame, add chopped coriander, and mix well.
6: To serve the Ragda chat, add the prepared Ragda chaat to a plate. 7: Now add black salt, chaat masala, green chutney, red chutney, tamarind chutney, chopped onion, chopped tomato, nylon sev, and crushed pani puri.
8: Now add chopped coriander, chana daal, and lemon juice. 9: Now your perfect Ragda chaat is also ready, and you can enjoy it.
