Paneer Hyderabadi Recipe

– Black Cardamom – 1 – Cumin seeds – 1 tsp – Curd – 3/4 cup – Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp – Coriander Powder – 2 tsp – Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp – Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp – Cumin Powder – 1 tsp – Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp – Salt as per Taste  – Water – 2 tsp – Hot Water – 1/2 cup – Fresh Cream – 4 tbsp – Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp – Chopped Coriander – Fresh cream

1: To make the perfect Hyderabadi Paneer Ki Sabzi, place a kadhai on a flame, add 4 tablespoons of oil, and heat well. 2: After hot oil, add 400 grams of paneer pieces and fry a little. 

3: After the paneer turns golden, transfer it to a plate. 4: Add four whole onions, 20–25 garlic cloves, four slit green chilies, and 1.5 inches of ginger, and roast everything until golden. 

5: After everything turns golden, turn the flame to low, add a handful of coriander, spinach leaves, and mint leaves, and roast for a minute on low-medium flame. 6: After a minute, turn off the flame, transfer everything to a plate, and let it cool. 

7: Add all the roasted veggies and two tablespoons of water to a grinding jar and make a coarse paste. 8: Place a pan on a flame, add 2 tablespoons of oil, and heat well. 

9: After the oil is hot, add cinnamon sticks, cloves, dry red chilies, green cardamoms, black cardamom, and cumin seeds, and roast a little. 10: After a few seconds, add the prepared paste, mix well, and roast with a closed lid until it releases the oil.

11: Take a bowl, add fresh curd, garam masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt as per taste, and mix everything well. 12: After the gravy releases the oil, turn off the flame to low, add water, and mix well. 

13: Add the prepared curd mixture, stir continuously, and cook. 14: After cooking, add hot water as required, mix well, and cook for 5 minutes with a closed lid. 

15: After 5 minutes, remove the lid, add 4 tablespoons of fresh cream, and mix well. 16: After mixing well, add fried paneer and mix well. 

17: Add 1 tsp of Kasoori methi, chopped coriander, one tbsp of red chili powder oil, curd, and fresh cream. 18: Now your perfect Paneer Hyderabadi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
