– Kashmiri Red chilly powder – 1 tsp – Grated Tomato – 3 – Salt – Curd – 1/2 cup – Coriander Powder – 2 tsp – Fennel Seed Powder – 1 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp – Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala – 1 tsp – Oil – 1 tbsp – Cumin Seed – 1 tsp – Coriander Seed – 1 tsp – Nigella Seeds – 1/2 tsp – Paneer – 500 gm – Turmeric Powder – Red Chili Powder – Chopped Onion – 1 – Splitted Green chilli – Salt – Dried Red Chili – 2 – Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp – Cream – 2 tbsp – Chopped Coriander
To make the perfect Paneer Do Pyaza, place a kadhai on flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and 1 tsp of oil and heat well.
Next step – add one bay leaf, one cinnamon stick, two cloves, one big cardamom, two green cardamom, four peppercorns, one tsp of cumin seeds and roast a little. Next step – add 5 chopped onion and roast well on medium to high flame.
After the onion turns pink, add 1 tbsp of crushed ginger, 1 tbsp of crushed garlic, 2-3 chopped green chilli, and roast well for two minutes. After roasting well, add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2-4 tbsp of water and mix well.
After 30 seconds, add three grated tomatoes, salt per taste mix well, and cook with a closed lid. Next step – take 1/2 cup of whisked curd, add 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of fennel powder, 1 tsp of Kashmiri chilli powder, 1/2 tsp pf of cumin powder, 1 tsp of garam masala, and mix everything well.
After the tomatoes are cooked well, turn off the flame, add the curd mixture, and mix well for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, add 1 cup of hot water, mix well, and cook with a closed lid for 2 minutes.
Next step – place another pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp of Nigella seeds, and roast a little. Next step – add 500 grams of paneer pieces, and roast on medium to high flame.
Next step – sprinkle red chilli powder, turmeric powder on the paneer and mix well. 1Next step – add one onion(cut into petals), two split green chilli, salt per taste, two dry red chillies, and roast for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes, check the gravy, add roasted Paneer-Pyaaz, and mix everything well. Next step – add 1 tsp of kasuri methi, 2 tbsp of cream, mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
After 2 tow minutes, turn off the flame, add chopped coriander, and close the lid for two minutes. Now your perfect Paneer Do Pyaza is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
