Ingredients
1: To make the perfect paal cake, take a bowl and add 1/4 cup of fresh curd, 1 tbsp of ghee, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 2 tbsp of milk powder, and a pinch of salt.
2: Now add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and mix everything well. 3: After mixing well, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, mix everything well, and prepare a soft dough.
4: Apply the ghee to the dough, cover it, and let it rest for 5 minutes. 5: Now place a wide pan on flame, add 1.5 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water, mix well, and cook on medium to high flame
6: After the sugar melts, add cardamom powder and yellow food color and mix well. 7. After the syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
8: Check the dough and knead it one more time. 9: Roll the dough to medium thickness.
12: Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well. 13: After the oil is medium-hot, add the prepared Paal cake pieces and fry on medium heat.
14: After all the pieces turn golden, transfer the all-fried Paal cake into the hot sugar syrup and boil the syrup.
15: After a boil, turn off the flame and cover the pan. 16: Now your perfect and most tasty Paal cake is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
