– Gram flour – 2 cups – Ghee – 7 tbsp – Milk – 6 tbsp – Condensed Milk – 1 cup – Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp – Chopped Pistachio – Chopped Almond

To make the tastiest and perfect Mohanthal Burfi, take a bowl, and add 2 cups of gram flour. Next step – add 3 tbsp of melted ghee and 3 tbsp of milk, mix everything well.
Next step – transfer all gram flour into a grinding jar, grind on the pulse and make a fine powder.
Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 4 tbsp of ghee, and heat well. Next step – add gram flour into Kadhai, mix well, and roast on low flame.
Next step – take a cake tin/tray, place butter paper into it and grease it with ghee.
After the gram flour turns golden brown, little by little, add 3 tbsp of milk and mix well. After the gram flour absorbs the milk, turn off the flame, add 1 cup of condensed milk and mix well.
Next step – turn on the flame, add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Next step – spread chopped pistachio & almonds into the greased tray.
Next step – transfer the Burfi mixture into greased tray and spread well. Next step – let it set for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, transfer the Mohanthal Burfi to a plate and cut it into small pieces. Now your Perfect Mohanthal Burfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
