Ingredients
1: To make the tastiest and perfect Green Peas Poori (Hari Matar Ki Puri), take 1 cup of fresh green peas or you can take frozen peas.
2: Take a grinding jar, add green peas, 2-3 green chilies, 1 inch of ginger, green coriander, 1 tsp of fennel seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and a little water, and make a fine paste.
3: Take a wide plate and add the prepared paste, one teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, two teaspoons of coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and salt as per taste.
4: Now add 1 tsp of garam masala, two pinches of asafoetida, 1 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of red chili powder, and 1 tsp of Kasoori methi. 5: Now add 1/4 cup of semolina and mix everything well.
6: Now cover the mix and let it rest for 5 minutes. 7: After 5 minutes, check the mix, add 2 cups of wheat flour, and knead well.
8: Add two tablespoons of oil, knead again, and prepare a hard dough. 9: Cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
10: Take a large portion of dough and roll it to medium thickness. 11: Now cut it into small poori with the help of a small bowl.
12: Now, one by one, prepare the poori with the remaining dough. 13: Now place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
14: After the oil is hot, add the prepared poori and fry until golden and crispy. 15: After the Poori turns golden and crispy, transfer the Poori to a plate and fry the next batch.
