To make the perfect Khopra Pak/Nariyal Barfi, take a Kadhai and add 200 ml of milk.
Next step – add 200 grams of sugar, saffron milk (Saffron strands soaked in milk), and mix well. Next step – place the Kadhai on the flame, stir continuously, and boil the milk.
After the sugar resolves, add 1 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well. Next step – add 200 grams of desiccated coconut and mix well.
After mixing well, add 3 tbsp of milk cream and mix well. Next step – add two pinches of yellow food color, mix well and cook.
After the Barfi mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the Barfi mix into a greased tray.
Next step – spread the Barfi and let it cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, check the Barfi, garnish it with silver leaf, and let it set for some time.
