Kalakand Barfi Recipe 

Prep Time: 15 Min

– Paneer – 200 gm – Milk Powder – Milk – 1/2 cup – Sugar – 1/4 cup – Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp – Chopped Pistachio  – Rose Petal

Step 1

To make the perfect Kalakand Barfi, take 200 grams of Paneer.

Next step – grate the Paneer with the help of a medium size grater. Next step – transfer the grated Paneer into a Kadhai.

Next step – add 1/2 cup of milk powder, 1/2 cup of milk and mix everything well.

Next step – place the kadhai on flame, and cook the barfi mix on low-medium flame. After the mix turns thick, add 1/4 cup of sugar, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.

After two minutes, add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well. After the Barfi mix leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the mix to a greased tray.

Next step – spread the barfi, garnish it with chopped pistachio & rose petals and let it set for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, check your barfi and cut it into small pieces. Now your perfect Kalakand Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
