Next step: add 1/4 cup of melted ghee and mix well. Next step: little by little, add water, mix well, and prepare a medium-hard dough.
Next step: cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, check the dough and knead again.
Next step: take a portion of dough and roll it to medium thickness. Next step: cut the dough into small pieces like the following image.
Next step: place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well. After the oil is a little hot, add the prepared Pare and fry well.
After the Pare turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch (make sure the oil is medium hot before frying the second batch).
Next step – place a pan on flame, add 200 grams of oil and 1/4 cup of water, and melt the jaggery.
After the syrup becomes one string consistency, turn off the flame, add one teaspoon of aniseed and one tsp of dry ginger powder, and mix well.
Next step: add the prepared Pare and gently mix and coat the Pare well, and keep stirring occasionally. Now your perfect Gur Pare is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
