Eggless Cake Recipe 

Prep Time: 15 Min

– Fresh Curd – 1/2 cup – Powdered Sugar – 1 cup – Oil – 1/2 cup – Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp – All Purpose Flour – 1.5 cup  – Baking Powder – 1 tsp – Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp – Milk – 3/4 cup

Step 1

To make a Perfect Eggless sponge cake, first take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of fresh curd. Next step - add 1 cup of powder sugar and whisk well until smooth.

Next step -  add 1/2 cup of oil( Neutral oil), 1 tsp of vanilla essence, and whisk well to get the perfect texture.

Next step -  place a strainer on the bowl.

Next step -  into the bowl, add 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of baking soda, and sieve everything into the bowl.

Next step - mix everything well and make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Next step -  little by little, add 3/4 milk and mix well and prepare a semi-thick consistency batter.

Next step - take a cake tin, grease it with oil, place butter paper into the container, and grease it with oil. Next step - transfer the cake batter into the cake tin and tap to remove bubbles.

Next step - place a cooker on flame and put a stand into it.

Next step - close the lid, remove the whistle, and preheat for 5 minutes on low, medium flame. After 5 minutes, remove the lid and place the cake tin on the stand into the cooker.

Next step -  close the lid and bake it on low flame for 35-40 minutes(If you want to bake it into the oven, then bake in a 180-degree preheated oven for 35 minutes). After 40 minutes, remove the lid and check the cake with the help of a toothpick, and if the toothpick is clean, then your cake is baked perfectly.

After the cake has cool down, separate it using a knife and take it out on a plate.
