Dry Fruits Laddu Recipe

– Clarified Butter – 1 tbsp – Cashew nut – 1 bowl – Almonds – 1 bowl – Melon seeds – 1 bowl – Pumpkin Seeds – 1 bowl – Clarified Butter – Black Raisins – 1/2 bowl – Pistachio – 1/2 bowl – Grated Coconut – 1 bowl – Poppy Seed – 1/4 bowl – Clarified Butter – 1 tsp – Dates – 1.5 bowl – Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp – Nutmeg

Ingredients

Step 1

To make the perfect dry fruit laddu, place a pan on flame, add one tablespoon of ghee, and heat well. After the ghee melts, add one bowl of chopped cashews and roast a little on medium heat.

Next step: add one bowl of chopped almonds and roast a little. After roasting for some time, transfer them to a bowl.

Next step: add one bowl of melon seeds to the pan and roast well. Next step: add one bowl of pumpkin seeds and roast well on medium flame.

After roasting well, transfer them into the same bowl. Next step: add one tablespoon of ghee to the pan and melt well.

After the ghee melts, add 1/2 bowl of raisins and 1/2 bowl of pistachios and roast well. After roasting a little, turn off the flame and transfer them into the bowl.

Next step: add one bowl of grated coconut and 1/4 bowl of poppy seeds for 1-2 minutes. After 1-2 minutes, transfer the roasted coconut into the bowl.

Next step: add one teaspoon of ghee and heat a little. Next step: add 1.5 bowls of date paste and roast well for 5–6 minutes.

After 4-5 minutes, transfer the roasted date paste into the bowl. Next step: add one teaspoon of cardamom powder and a little nutmeg, and mix everything well.

Next step: one by one, prepare the small laddu with the laddu mixture. Now your perfect dry fruits, Laddu, are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
