Next step – take out the only white portion of coconut into a bowl. Next step – cut into small pieces, and make a fine powder with the help of a grinding jar.
Next step – add 1/2 cup of warm water into a grinding jar, and make a fine paste. Next step – filter the coconut milk into a pan.
Next step – add 5 tbsp of sugar, 5 tbsp of corn flour and mix well. Next step – place the pan on flame, stir continuously, and cook well until the mixture turns thick.
After the pudding mix turns thick, turn off the flame and transfer it to a greased bowl. Next step – keep the pudding aside and let it cool.
Next step – keep the fridge and let it set for 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours take out the coconut pudding from the fridge and check.
Next step – de-mold the coconut pudding on a plate and garnish it with desiccated coconut. Now your perfect Coconut Pudding is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
