– Sandwich Bread – 4 – Chopped Onion  – Chopped Capsicum  – Chopped Yellow Capsicum – Chopped Red Capsicum – Paneer  – Salt  – Black Pepper Powder  – Red Chili Flake – Pizza Seasoning  – Pizza Sauce  – Tandoori Mayonnaise – Sweet Corn  – Mozzarella Cheese

Step 1

To make the amazing Cheesy Veg Grilled Sandwich, take sandwich bread and apply white veg mayonnaise.

Next step – add chopped onion, chopped green capsicum, chopped red capsicum and chopped yellow capsicum. Next step – add Paneer cubes, salt, peppercorn, red chilli flakes, and pizza seasoning.

Next step – add pizza sauce, tandoori mayonnaise, and boiled sweet corn. Next step – place the second bread slice on the first bread slice.

Next step – place a Tawa on flame, grease it with ghee, and heat well. Next step – place the prepared sandwich on the Tawa and roast well on low flame.

After 1 minute, transfer the sandwich to the platform. Next step – on the roasted side, apply pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, chopped green capsicum, chopped onion, and seasoning.

Next step – again apply the ghee on Tawa and place the sandwich into the Tawa like in the following image. Next step – cover the lid and cook for 1.5-2 minutes.
