To make the unique cabbage paratha, take a grinding jar, add 3–4 chopped green chillies, 6-7 garlic cloves, 1 inch of ginger, and 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and make a coarse paste.
Next step: take a big bowl and add 2 cups of finely chopped cabbage, the prepared paste, 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum, 1/2 cup of grated carrot, and 1 cup of chopped onion.
Next step: add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt per taste, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of chaat masala, and 2 pinches of turmeric powder.
Next step: add chopped coriander and mix everything well. Next step: little by little add 1 cup of gram flour and 4 tbsp of rice flour and mix everything well.

After roasting for some time, flip the paratha and apply the oil to it. After a few seconds, flip the paratha, apply the oil, and cook until golden.
