Cabbage Manchurian Recipe

To make the perfect Cabbage Manchurian, take a cabbage, cut it, and grate it with the help of a medium-sized grater. 

Now add chopped green chilies, grated ginger, garlic, black pepper powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder. Add salt as per taste, garam masala, and mix everything well. 

Add 2-3 g of all-purpose flour and four tablespoons of corn flour, and mix everything well. One by one, prepare small pieces with the prepared cabbage mixture. 

Add prepared balls to hot oil and fry well on medium flame until golden and crispy. After the Manchurian balls turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch. 

After the Manchurian balls turn a little cool, add them to hot oil and fry for 10–12 seconds. After 10–12 seconds, transfer the Manchurian balls onto a plate.

Place a kadhai on the flame, add oil, and heat well on the high flame. After the oil is hot, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, and chopped ginger, and roast well for a minute.

After a minute, add two chopped onions and roast well on high flame. After a minute, add chopped green capsicum, chopped yellow capsicum, chopped red capsicum, split green chilies, and roast for 1 minute. 

After a minute, add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste, and spring onion green, and sauté for 30–40 seconds. After 30–40 seconds, add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar, mix, and cook on high heat. 

After some time, add four tablespoons of water and cornstarch slurry and mix well. After cooking, add Manchurian balls, mix well, and cook for 30–40 seconds.

After 30–40 seconds, turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped spring onion greens. Now your perfect Cabbage Manchurian is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
