Bread Stick Roll Recipe

– Oil – 2 tsp – Chopped Onion – 1 – Schezwan Souce – 2 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup – 1 tbsp Pizza – Seasoning – 1 tbsp – Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp – Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp – Salt as per Taste – Aamchoor Powder – 1 tsp – Green Chilli – 2 to 3 – Boiled Potato – 4 – Chopped Coriander – Paneer – Sandwich Bread – Corn flour – 4 to 5 tbsp – All-purpose flour – 4 to 5 tbsp – Salt – 1 pinch – Water – Bread Crumb – Oil for frying

1: To make the amazing crispy Bread Roll, place a Kadhai on flame, add 2 tsp. of oil, finely chopped onion, and sauté well.

2: After the onion turns golden, add schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, pizza seasoning, red chili flakes, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, dry mango powder, and green chilies. Mix everything well and cook. 

3: After a minute, add four boiled and crushed potatoes, mix well, and cook for 1 minute. 4: After a minute, chopped coriander, add grated cheese and mix well. 

5: Now turn off the flame and let the stuffing cool. 6: Now take bread slices and spread the prepared stuffing on them. 

7: Now cut the bread slices like the following image.

8: Take a bowl, add 4-5 tbsp of corn flour, 4-5 tbsp of all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, a little water, and prepare a slurry. 9: Now, one by one, dip the breadsticks into the slurry and coat them with bread crumbs. 

10: Keep all the bread Sticks in the fridge for 15 minutes. 11: After 15 minutes, take out the breadsticks from the fridge. 

12: Place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well. 13: After the oil is hot, add the breadsticks and fry well until golden and crispy.

14: After the bread sticks turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch. 15: Now your perfect Bread Roll Sticks are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
