To make the perfect Besan Suji Ke Laddu, take a bowl, add 1 cup of gram flour and one cup of semolina, and mix well.
Next step: add four tablespoons of melted ghee and mix well with your hands.
Next step: add warm water as required and prepare a semi-soft dough.
Next step: cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, check the dough and knead again.
Next step: place a pan on flame, add 4-5 tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
Next step: take a small portion of dough, prepare a small, thick tikki like the one in the following image, and prick it with the help of a fork.
Next step: prepare the tikki with the remaining dough.
Next step: add the prepared tikki to the pan and fry well until golden and crispy.
After the tikki turns golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
Next step: add chopped cashew, almonds, pistachios, and melon seeds to the ghee and roast a little.
Transfer the roasted dry fruits to a plate after roasting for some time.
Next step: break all the tikki into small pieces.
Next step: transfer the tikki pieces into a grinding jar and make a coarse powder.
Next step: take a bowl, add prepared powder, roasted dry fruits, and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, and mix well.
Next step: add 1 cup of sugar powder and mix well.
Next step: one by one, prepare small laddu with the laddu mix.
