–Gram flour – 1 Bowl
– Clarified Butter – 1/2 Bowl
– Crushed Jaggery – 1/2 cup
– Semolina – 2 tbsp
– Cardamom – 1/2 tsp
– Pistachio (Dry Fruits For Garnishing )
To make the amazing Besan Gud Ki Barfi, place a pan on low flame, add 200 grams/1 bowl of gram flour, and roast well(stir continuously).
Step - 1 After the gram flour turn aromatic, add 1/2 bowl of ghee, mix well, and roast. Step - 2 After the barfi mixture turns a little dark, add 2 tbsp of semolina, mix well, and roast.
After the barfi mixture turns shiny, turn off the flame. add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
After the mixture turns a little cool, add 1/2 cup of crushed jaggery and mix well.
Step - 1 After mixing well, transfer the mixture to the greased plate and spread well. Step - 2 Garnish the barfi with chopped pistachio.
Step - 1 Cut the Barfi into small pieces. Step - 2 Garnish it With silver leaf. Step - 3 Enjoy your BESAN BARFI.
