Next step – peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces. Next step – add all pieces into a grinding jar and make a fine paste.
Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and heat well. After the ghee melts, add 2 tbsp of cashew nuts, chopped pistachio, and chopped almonds and roast for a minute.
After one minute, transfer the dry fruits to a plate. Next step – add 3/4 cup of wheat flour and roast well.
After the wheat flour turns little pink, add 1/4 cup of semolina and roast well until golden. After roasting well, add prepared banana paste, 1 tbsp of ghee, and roast well.
Next step – place the second pan on flame, add 1 cup of rock sugar(Mishri), and 1 cup of water, and melt the Mishri. After the Mishri melts, add cardamom powder, two pinches of orange food color and mix well.
After the syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame. Next step – add syrup into the cooking barfi mixture, mix well, and cook until the mix leaves the pan.
Next step – add 1 tbsp of ghee, roasted dry fruits and mix well. After the Barfi mixture leaves the pan, turn off the flame, transfer it to a greased plate, and spread well.
Next step – decorate the barfi with chopped dry fruits and let it set. Now your perfect Banana Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
