To make the unique and most tasty Banana Atta Modak, place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of crushed jaggery, 1 cup of water, and melt the jaggery.
After the jaggery melts and turns sticky, turn off the flame and keep it aside. Next step: place a pan on flame, add flour tablespoons of ghee, and heat well.
Next step: add 1/2 cup of wheat flour and cook on a low-medium flame. Next step: add four tablespoons of semolina, mix well, and cook.
Next step: take three bananas, peel and chop them, and make a fine paste with the help of a grinding jar.
After the wheat flour and semolina turn aromatic, add the prepared banana paste and mix well.
When the mix becomes grainy, add jaggery water, mix well, and cook. Next step: add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and saffron water and mix well.
Next step: add a teaspoon of ghee and mix well. After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a plate.
Next step: take a Modak mould and prepare a Modak with it. Next step: garnish the Modak with poppy seeds, melon seeds, golden balls, and pistachios.
Next step: prepare the Modak with the remaining dough. Now your perfect Banana Atta Modak is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
