Aloo Sooji Snack Recipe

– Oil -1 tsp – Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp – Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp – Sesame seeds – 1 tsp – Water – 2 cup – Salt as per Taste  – Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp – Red Chili Flakes – 1 tsp – Semolina – 1 cup – Boiled Potato – 2 – Salt as per Taste – Chopped Coriander  – Rice flour – 2 tbsp

Step 1

To make the amazing Aloo Sooji Snack, place a pan on a flame, add 1 teaspoon of oil, and heat well.

Next step: add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and 1 tsp of sesame seeds and roast.

Next step: add 2 cups of water, salt per taste, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon of red chilli flakes; mix well and boil.

After a boil, add 1 cup of fine semolina in batches and mix well. After the mix turns thick and leaves the pan, turn off the flame and transfer the mix into a bowl.

Next step: add 2 grated potatoes, salt per taste, and chopped coriander, and mix everything well. Next step: add 2 tablespoons of rice flour and mix well.

Next step: take a small portion of dough and make a roll. Next step: cut the roll into small pieces and prepare small aloo bites (you can store these potato bites in an airtight box in the freezer for 30 days).

Next step: place a pan on a flame, add oil for frying, and heat well. Next step: add prepared potato bites and fry well until golden and crispy.
