Ingredients
To make the perfect Aloo Bhuna Masala, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat well. After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, one bay leaf, one big cardamom, two cloves, & 5-6 peppercorns and roast on low flame.
Next step – add four chopped onions, and roast well on medium to high flame. After the onion turns golden, add 1 tbsp of Dabur ginger garlic paste, 2-3 chopped green chilli, and mix well.
Next step – add 1 tbsp of gram flour mix well, and roast on low flame. Next step – take 1/2 cup of whisked curd, add 2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, and 1 tsp of cumin powder, and mix everything well.
Next step – add prepared curd mix into pan and mix well on low flame. After the gravy releases the oil, add Dabur Homemade Tomato Puree, salt per taste, and mix everything well.
Next step – add 1.5 cups of hot water and mix well. Next step – close the lid and cook the Aloo Bhuna Masala on medium flame.
Next step – remove the lid, add 1/2 tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of Kasoori methi, finely chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
Next step – turn off the flame and keep the Aloo Bhuna Masala aside. Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of butter, and heat well.
Next step – add one chopped slice of onion and roast a little. Next step – add one chopped capsicum and roast a little.
Next step – add four boiled potatoes, salt per taste and mix well and roast for 1 minute. After a minute, add prepared Bhuna Masala gravy and mix well.
Next step – turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander. Now your perfect Aloo Bhuna Masala is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
