To make the perfect Aam Ki Chutney, take two raw mangoes, four onions, two whole garlic, eight red chillies, and green coriander.
Next step – prick the mangoes with the help of a fork. Next step – roast the mangoes on a low flame with the help of a roasting stand.
After the mangoes are roasted by 40%, place the onion and garlic on the roasting stand and roast well.
After roasting well, transfer everything to a plate and let everything cool. Next step – place the dry red chillies on the roasting stand and roast well.
After 1 minute, transfer the roasted red chilli to the plate. Next step – peel the mangoes and cut the mangoes into small pieces.
Next step – peel the onion and garlic and cut them well. Next step – place the all ingredients on the crushed (Sil-Batta).
Next step – salt per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 tsp of dry red chilli powder, and crush everything well. Next step – add 4 tbsp of grated coconut and crush well.
After crushing well, transfer the chutney to a plate. Now your perfect Aam Ki Chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
