SABUDANA ALOO LACHHA / VRAT ALOO LACHA / VRAT ALOO LACHA MIX NAMKEEN
A spicy and tasty Sabudana Aloo Lachha Namkeen recipe made with grated potato.It is a popular & crispy snack. It is quick and easy snack which can be enjoyed by everyone including the kids.Sabudana Aloo lachha is very tasty & crispy and can be served as party starter or for evening snacks.

Peeled Potatoes – 4
Sago(Sabudana) – 1/2 cup
Peanut – 1/2 cup
Cashew nut – 1/4 cup
Raisins – 1/4 cup
Few curry leaves
Rock salt as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
- To make Sabudana Aloo Lachha Mix take peeled potatoes.
- Grate potatoes & rinse the grated potato well with water to remove starch.
- Drain off the potato and squeeze out water completely.
- Take kitchen towel & dry the grated potatoes to remove any water if present .
- Add grated potato little by little & deep fry by spreading into hot oil.
- Spread it carefully so that oil should not come out.
- Fry until the potato turns golden and crisp.
- Take out in tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Deep fry sago(sabudana) in the same oil.
- Take out sago & add fried sago to mix.
- Fry peanuts on medium flame.
- Fry cashewnuts on low flame.
- Fry raisins on low flame.
- Turn off the flame.
- Fry few curry leaves in off flame & take out.
- Add crushed curry leaves to mixture.
- Rock salt as per taste to the prepared mixture.
- Add black pepper powder for flavour & mix well gently.
- Sabudana Aloo lachha Mix is ready to serve.Enjoy!
