हो गए हो साबूदाना वड़ा से बोर तो ये व्रत का साबूदाना बोन्डा बनाये वो भी बिना आलू के Vrat Ka Nasta

Tapioca/Sabudana/Sago – 3/4 cup – 3/4 cup
Curd – 1/4 cup(4 tbsp)
Water – 3/4 cup
Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Grated Ginger – 1 inch
Fresh grated coconut – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Finely Chopped Curry leaves
Cumin – 1 tsp
Rock salt – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Sama Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
Eno Fruit Salt – 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep fry

Recipe Instructions

  • To make Vrat Sabudana Bonda take a bowl add sabudana and wash 3-4 times and remove water.
  • Take an other bowl add curd,Water and prepare buttermilk.
  • Add sabudana and mix well.
  • Close lid & let it soak for 3-4 hours.
  • After 3-4 hours.
  • Add Finely chopped green chilli,Grated Ginger,Fresh grated coconut,Finely Chopped Coriander,Finely Chopped Curry leaves,Cumin,Rock salt,Pepper powder,Sama Rice Flour.
  • Mix well,Add flour according to binding.
  • Add Eno Fruit Salt and Add water to activate Eno and mix well.
  • Take a kadhai add oil for deep fry and let it heat.
  • Take a ball sized dough and drop in hot oil & Fry on medium flame until golden crisp.
  • Vrat Sabudana Bonda is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
