जब दुकान हो बंद तो 2 बूँद तेल में 2चीज़ो से बना ये नाश्ता जिसमे सामान लगे कम स्वाद में दम Appe Recipe

Boiled Potatoes – 2
Sama Rice – 150 gms
Finely Chopped Green Chilli – 2
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Rock Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Eno Fruit Salt – 1 sachet
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

For chutney

Desiccated Coconut – 4 tbsp
Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Green chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 tsp
Rock Salt as per taste
Curd – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 tbsp

  • To make Vrat ke Chawal Aloo Appe.
  • Take potatoes,Mash and keep aside.
  • Take sama rice,Wash and soak rice for 2 hours.
  • Transfer rice into mixer jar.
  • Make a fine batter.
  • Add into mashed potatoes.
  • Add Finely Chopped Green Chilli,Grated Ginger,Cumin Seeds,Rock Salt,Pepper Powder,Finely Chopped Coriander.
  • Mix well.
  • Add water and mix,prepare batter.
  • Add Eno Fruit Salt,Lemon Juice and mix gently.
  • Heat appe pan on medium flame.
  • Grease with oil/Ghee.
  • Add 1 tbsp batter into cavaties of appe pan.
  • Close lid and cook on low-medium flame for 2-3 mins.
  • Flip and cook on otherside for 2 mins.
  • Take out after 2 mins.
  • If appe pan is not available use tadka pan.
  • Take a tadka pan and grease it.
  • Add 2 tbsp batter,add ghee.
  • Close lid and cook on low-medium flame for 2-3 mins.
  • Flip and cook on otherside for 2 mins.
  • Take out after 2 mins.
  • Lets prepare Jhatpat chutney.
  • Take a grinding jar.
  • Add Desicatted coconut,Roasted Peanuts,Green chillies,Ginger,Rock Salt,Curd,water and blend well.
  • Vrat Ke chawal aloo appe is ready to serve..Enjoy!!
