कटोरी में सिर्फ 15 मिनिट में ही इतना स्पंजी रवा Dhokla की आपभी सोचेंगे की इतना सॉफ्ट कैसे बना Dhokla

INGREDIENTS
Semolina/Sooji – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped Capsicum – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped Carrot – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped Beans – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped Onion – 1
Finely chopped Coriander
Ginger chilli paste – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Eno Fruit Salt – 1 tsp

For Tadka
Oil – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 2 pinch
Curry leaves
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Slit Green Chillies – 3

  • To make Veggie Rava Katori Dhokla take a bowl.
  • Add semolina,Oil,Lemon Juice ,add water in batches and mix well.
  • Close lid and let it set for 10 mins.
  • Take a kadhai add water and boil.
  • Take bowls and grease well with oil.
  • Check batter after 10 mins and mix well.
  • Add Finely chopped Capsicum,Finely chopped Carrot,Finely chopped Beans,Finely chopped Onion,Finely chopped Coriander into batter.
  • Add Ginger chilli paste and mix well.
  • Add Salt and mix well.
  • Add Eno Fruit Salt,few drops of water to active and mix well.
  • Take greased bowl and add batter.
  • Place a stand and a plate in boiling water.
  • Place the prepared bowls on the plate.
  • Close lid and steam for 15 mins.
  • Check after 15 mins.
  • Take a tooth pick and check if it is cooked well.
  • If tooth pick is clean it is perfectly cooked.
  • Turn off fame and let it cool.
  • Lets prepare tadka.
  • Take a tadka pan add oil and heat.
  • Add Mustard seeds,Asafoetida,Curry leaves,Sesame seeds,Slit Green Chillies and fry well.
  • Demould Veggie Rava Dhokla and keep aside.
  • Add Tadka on top and garnish with freshly grated coconut.
  • Veggie Rava Katori Dhokla is ready to serve.Enjoy!!!
