पोहे से बिना तले सबसे Tastyचटपटा नाश्ता जो बच्चे भी जिद करके खाएंगे Poha Veggie Tikka – Poha Recipes

INGREDIENTS
Rice flakes/Poha – 1 cup
Boiled and grated potato – 1
Chopped green chilli – 2
Finely chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot- 2 tbsp
Finely chopped beans – 2 tbsp
Roasted peanut powder – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Gram flour/besan – 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
Oil for shallow frying

  • To make Veggie Poha Tikka take 1 cup poha,wash and soak for 10 mins and remove excess water.
  • Take a bowl and add soaked poha,Boiled and grated potato,Chopped green chilli,Finely chopped capsicum,Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped carrot,Finely chopped besan,Roasted peanut powder,Garam masala,Chaat masala,Chilli powder,Red chilli flakes,Salt,Gram flour,Turmeric Powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Take tray/plate add oil and grease.
  • Transfer mix and spread.
  • Set in fridge for 15 mins.
  • After 15 mins Cut into pieces.
  • Store in air tight container in freezer for 2 weeks,Can be shallow fried,deep fried or baked.
  • Add oil in a pan for shallow fry.
  • Place the prepared tikka and shallow fry until crisp.
  • Veggie Poha Tikka is ready to serve…Enjoy!!!
