Veggie Namkeen Cake

सूजी का एकदम Tasty नाश्ता वो भी बिना तले खाएंगे तो रोज सुबह यही बनवाएंगे Rava nashta – Suji Nashta

Semolina – 1 cup
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Chopped ginger – 1/2 inch
Chopped green chilli – 2
Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Chopped carrot – 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
Chopped cabbage – 2 tbsp
Green peas – 2 tbsp
Chopped tomato – 1/2
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Pav bhaji masala – 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
Oil as per required
Sesame seeds.

  • To make masala veggie namkeen cake take a bow, add semolina,gram flour,curs and Add water little by little and prepare batter.
  • Close with plate and let it set aside for 10 mins.
  • Now take a pan or kadhai.
  • Add oil,Cumin,Chopped ginger,Chopped green chilli,Chopped onion,Chopped carrot,Chopped capsicum,Chopped cabbage,Green peas,Chopped tomato.
  • Add Salt,Red chilli powder,Turmeric powder,Pav bhaji masala and Saute for 1 min.
  • Add Chopped coriander and Lemon juice and mix well.
  • Mix well and turn off flame.
  • Add the prepared mix into batter.
  • Mix well ,add water if required in batter.
  • Add Eno fruit salt and add 1 tsp water(to activate eno) and mix gently.
  • In a pan or kadhai add 1 tsp oil and heat.
  • Add 1 tsp sesame seeds and 1 and 1/2 laddle full batter and spread.
  • Close lid for 2 mins and cook.
  • After 2 mins add oil and flip and cook other side.
  • Veggie masala namkeen cake is ready to serve…Enjoy!!
