मात्र 1चमच्च तेल में इतना हेल्दी Breakfast Recipes जो न कभी खाया होगा न बनाया होगा Breakfast Recipes

INGREDIENTS
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
Manna Health mix – 3tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 1
Finely chopped carrot – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped capsicum – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped yellow bellpepper -3 tbsp
Finely chopped red bellpepper -3 tbsp
Curd – 4 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Grated raw potato – 1
Finely chopped coriander
water as per required.
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Sesame seeds – 1/2 tsp
Slit green chiili – 2
Milk- 300 ml
Mannas health mix – 3 tbsp
Sugar/honey – 1/2 tsp

  • To make veggie namkeen cake take a bowl add Semolina,Wheat flour,Manna Health mix and mix well.
  • Add Finely chopped onion,Finely chopped carrot,Finely chopped capsicum,Finely chopped yellow bellpepper,Finely chopped red bellpepper,Curd,Salt,Turmeric powder,Cumin seeds,Red chilli powder,Garam masala,Grated raw potato,Finely chopped coriander.
  • Mix all ingredients, add water accordingly and make a thick batter.
  • Close lid and keep aside for 7-8 mins.
  • Take a kadhai and add 1 & 1/2 cup water and place a stand or bowl and boil water.
  • Take any tray/steel bowl/cake tin and grease it with oil.
  • Now check atta and add baking soda and lime juice to activate baking soda and mix gently.
  • Transfer thE prepared batter into tray.
  • Tap to remove air bubbles.
  • Place tray into kadai and close with lid.
  • Steam/cook on low flame for 15-20 mins.
  • After 15 mins check if it is cooked.
  • Take a knife and insert it,if it is clean then its cooked prefectly.
  • Turn of flame and let it cool.
  • Now separate sides and remove cake from tray.
  • Now take a pan add oil,Mustard seeds,Asafoetida,Sesame seeds,Slit green chiili, and place the cake on tadka.
  • Roast on low flame on both sides.
  • Transfer onto a platform and cut into pieces.
  • Spread chutney and garnish with namkeen sev.
  • To make instant porridge with mannas health mix take bowl add milk,add 3 tbsp mannas health mix and mix well without lumps.
  • Now keep a pan on stove and add the mixture and let it boil for 3 mins.
  • TRANSFER AND ENJOY.!!!
