Ingredients For Momos
All Purpose Flour – 2 cups
Salt as per taste
Oil – 3 tbsp
Oil for Deep Fry
Ingredients For Stuffing
Oil – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Cabbage – 1 cup
Finely Chopped Chillies – 3
Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
Grated Garlic – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Carrot -2
Finely Chopped Onion – 1
Finely Chopped Capsicum – 4 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Ingredients For Chutney
Cooked Tomotoes – 3
Soaked Red Chillies – 12
Garlic – 12 Cloves
Pepper Corns – 12
Salt as per taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Grated Ginger – 1/4 tsp
- To make Fried Momos.
- Take a mixing bowl.
- Add All Purpose Flour,Salt,Oil and Mix well.
- Holds Shape then oil is perfect.
- Add Water and Prepare Semi Soft Dough.
- Apply oil on all sides,Cover and let it set for 10 min.
- Lets Prepare Stuffing.
- Take a pan.
- Add oil.
- Add Finely Chopped Cabbage,Finely Chopped Chillies,Grated Ginger,Grated Garlic and saute until water evaporates in cabbage.
- Add Finely Chopped Carrot,Finely Chopped Onion,Finely Chopped Capsicum and saute until soft.
- Add Salt,Pepper Powder,Red Chilli Powder.
- Mix well and saute for 1 min.
- Turn off flame and transfer into a bowl.
- Check atta and Knead it.
- Divide into 2 parts.
- Take 1 part and Roll it semi thick.
- Take any cutter and Cut into circles.
- Take excess dough and mix into dough and prepare.
- Transfer cut dough onto a plate and keep aside.
- Take 1 poori and fill with 1 tbsp prepared stuffing.
- Brush with water on all sides.
- Take one end and close onto other and press(Half Moon Shape).
- Apply water on both ends.
- Join Both ends and seal.
- Prepare all in same way.
- You can store them in air tight container for 2 days/You can steam them or fry.
- Take a kadahi.
- Add oil for deep fry.
- Add Prepared Momos into oil and fry.
- Flip and fry until golden crisp.
- Take out when golden Crisp.
- To make Instant Momo Chutney.
- Take Tomotoes.
- Boil in water,Remove peel and excess water.
- Take a bowl.
- Add Cooked Tomotoes,Soaked Red Chillies,Garlic,Pepper Corns,Salt,Sugar,Soya Sauce,Vinegar,Grated Ginger.
- Add into a mixer jar and blend well.
- Instant Momo Chutney ir ready to serve.
