अब मत तरसो ठेले वाली चाट10 मिनट में चटकारेदार बनारसी टमाटर की चाट सब चाटचाट कर खाये Tamatar ki Chaat

INGREDIENTS
Chopped Tomatoes – 6 pcs
Boiled Potatoes – 5 (small)
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Grated Ginger – 1 tbsp
Chopped Green Chillies – 2
Poppy Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Grated Cashew Nuts – 8
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Sugar – 5 tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Tamarind Pulp – 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

For Garnish
Ghee
Imly Chutney
Red Chilli Powder
Chaat Masala
Roasted Cumin powder
Finely Chopped Onion
Finely Chopped Coriander
Chips/Namakpare/Sev

  • To make Vanaras Chat.
  • Take a pan,Add ghee and heat.
  • Add Cumin Seeds,Grated Ginger,Chopped Green Chillies,Poppy Seeds,Grated Cashew Nuts and Saute until golden.
  • Add Turmeric Powder,Red Chilli Powder and Mix well.
  • Add Coriander Powder,Cumin Powder and saute on low flame.
  • Add Chopped Tomatoes,Salt,Black Salt and Mix well & Cook on medium flame.
  • While tomatoes releases water,
  • Add Water,Garam Masala and mix well.
  • Close lid and cook until Tomatoes are mashy.
  • Take Boiled and cooled Potatoes and Mash and keep aside.
  • Take a small pan.
  • Add Water,Sugar mix well and Prepare sticky Sugar Syrup.
  • Add Roasted Cumin Powder Mix well and boil until sticky consistency.
  • After sticky Consistency Turn off flame and keep aside.
  • Check Tomatoes and mix it.
  • Add Mashed Potatoes and Mix well.
  • Add Tamarind Pulp and Mix well.
  • Add Chaat Masala,Finely Chopped Coriander,Roasted Cumin Powder and mix well.
  • Close lid and cook for 2 mins on low-medium flame.
  • Check after 2 mins mix well.
  • Add Lemon Juice, Finely Chopped Coriander and Turn off the flame.
  • Serve it by adding ghee on top.
  • Add Imly Chutney
  • Sprinkle Red Chilli Powder,Chaat Masala,Roasted Cumin powder.
  • Pour Prepared Sugar Syrup.
  • Garnish with Finely Chopped Onion & Coriander.
  • Garnish with Chips/Namakpare/Sev.
  • Vanaras Chaat is Ready to Serve…Enjoy!!
