कम मेहनत कम पैसे में बिना मावा खोया ऐसी Tasty मिठाई आप भी कहेंगे पहले क्यों नहीं बताई Sweet Recipes

INGREDIENT

Ghee – 1/4 cups (3 tbsp)
Milk-3/4 cup
Milk powder – 2.5 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Green food colour – 2-3 drops
Orange food colour – 2 pinch
Oil/ghee- for greasing

  • To make tiranga kali mithai take a kadhai.
  • Keep the flame in medium & add ghee & let it melt.
  • Add milk & mix well in low flame.
  • Add milk powder little by little on low flame to avoid lumps.
  • Add sugar powder & mix well.
  • Cook until it separates pan.
  • Add cardamom powder.
  • Turn off the flame & transfer into bowl.
  • Do not let it cool completely.
  • Divide the mix into three parts.
  • Add few drops of green colour in first part & orange food colour in second.
  • Take a tray & grease with oil/ghee.
  • Take green mix & spread onto the tray.
  • Take white mix & spread over green layer.
  • Take orange mix & spread over white layer & let it set.
  • Cut the mixture into pieces to any desired shape & press gently & take it out.
  • Tiranga kali mithai is ready to serve.Enjoy!
